We’re excited to announce the addition of a myriad of (1) new social login options, including Spotify, Shopify, LINE, Steam, Epic, and TikTok. Alongside this, we're (2) launching Custom Scopes—a feature designed to give you precise control over user permissions.

More Login Options, More Flexibility For End-Users

Adding to our extensive list of current social login methods, we are now rolling out the ability for end-users to log in using the following options:

• Spotify: Ideal for apps centered around music, podcasts, or lifestyle.
• Shopify: Streamline access for e-commerce enthusiasts, providing a seamless login directly from their favorite online store.
• LINE: Reach users where they are, especially in Asia, with one of the most popular messaging apps.
• Steam & Epic: Perfect for engaging the gaming community, offering direct logins through popular gaming networks.
• TikTok: Connect with a creative and socially active user base.

Meet your end-users where they are, and make your app as accessible as possible.

Provide Wallets On Sign Up And Arrival

With these new authentication methods, Dynamic goes beyond simple user sign-in—we enable wallet creation directly through the login process. As users authenticate through social providers like Spotify, Steam, or TikTok, a wallet can be automatically generated in the background. This seamless approach ensures that users are ready to interact with digital assets from their very first login, with no extra steps required.

For even more flexibility, you can also pre-generate wallets for users before they log in. This is particularly useful for platforms looking to provide assets such as NFTs as part of an onboarding experience or to streamline user interactions with blockchain elements. By pre-generating wallets, you can ensure a ready-to-go experience where crypto complexity is abstracted away from your end-users.

Custom Scopes: Fine-Tune User Permissions

Beyond expanding social login options, we’re introducing Custom Scopes—giving you the ability to define specific read and write access levels for each social login method. This feature builds on our current read-only functionality, and provides you with the flexibility to tailor user permissions to your app’s unique needs, whether it’s reading specific data from a user’s Spotify profile or writing directly to their Twitter account.

With Custom Scopes, you can maintain a high level of security while providing your users with a smooth, customized experience. Oh, and btw, it only requires some basic configuration in our dashboard!
