How do I switch from my old plan to a new plan?
Simply go to your dashboard, cancel your current subscription in the billing portal, and then resubscribe to your new preferred plan
What if I just need a wallet adapter?
Great! It is included in the free tier. There is no limit on the number of connect-only users within the tier.
What is the difference between connected users and Monthly Active Users?
A connected user is a user that used the Dynamic connect functionality to expose their public address to the app. An authenticated user is one that signed a SIWE message, proving that they are the wallet owner. You can learn a bit more about the difference between connection and authentication here.
How are unique monthly active users (MAUs) calculated?
When a user first logs in, a Dynamic ID is assigned to that user. If the user then logs back in with the same wallet, they will be associated with the same Dynamic ID and counted as a single user for that month.
When that user then adds a second, third etc wallet to their account using Dynamic's multi-wallet functionality, they are still associated with the same Dynamic ID and counted once for payment purposes.
