DFlow: Best-in-Class Solana Trading Built For Everyone

DFlow launched their mobile app, which serves as the first trading client built on top of the DFlow liquidity stack. Built as a progressive web app (PWA), DFlow’s dApp strives to enhance the current crypto mobile trading experience. The Challenge:

In order to build the trading app for the masses, DFlow needed to address three unique problems:

1. Provide end-users with an accessible way to onboard and log in. DFlow wanted to make it easier than ever to introduce new users to Solana. In order to do so, they needed to offer a way for users to use their mobile app without an existing wallet, or knowledge on how to use one.

2. Create a secure environment with flexible options for added security. Security is crucial across all aspects of crypto. And when significant funds are involved, it becomes even more important. DFlow was searching for a way to instill confidence in traders regarding the safety of their assets, allowing them to trade with peace of mind.

3. Maintain DFlow’s branding and provide a personalized trading experience. While DFlow needed to solve the above challenges, they also wanted to retain their branding. Additionally, they needed a robust user management system so that they could provide each trader with a personalized experience at every tap.

The Solution:

To tackle these challenges, Dynamic has joined forces with DFlow and delivered:

1. Email & Social Onboarding/Login: Dynamic has provided DFlow users with a familiar way of signing up for their platform. Traders on DFlow are able to get started on the dApp with only an email address or phone number, mimicking a traditional Web2 experience.

   For those who have never engaged with crypto before, this makes getting started as easy as any other application! Additionally, this makes the platform accessible to crypto traders who do not currently utilize wallets.

2. Headless Interface: To ensure consistency in DFlow’s branding throughout their dApp, Dynamic implemented its headless UX. This allows DFlow to keep their front end and existing onboarding flows, while benefiting from Dynamic’s backend capabilities. In other words, DFlow users utilize Dynamic without being aware of it.
   
   Additionally, they wanted to be able to provide each trader their own personalized interactions throughout the platform. For developers, Dynamic’s dashboard offers a lot of flexibility around personalizing these experiences.

3. Enhanced Security: In addition to the existing security benefits of blockchain technology, Dynamic has equipped DFlow users with passkeys as an extra level of protection. Passkeys come in the form of FaceID or fingerprints, and add a much stronger layer of security than passwords.

Lastly, all created wallets with DFlow are fully non-custodial. This means that only the end-user ever has access to the funds or private keys of the wallet. Dynamic, DFlow, or no one else has any control over these created accounts.
